Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit will be charged 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure. This is for incidentals only. Hot Tub: To help us keep the hot tub sparkling clean, please follow these guidelines: no food or drinks in the hot tub, and no unsupervised children. After each use, add one tablespoon of shock and replace the cover. Please do not turn the temperature below 101 degrees. If the hot tub is left in an unclean condition or shock is not used, a $150 drain-and-refill fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Just two days without shock can make the water noticeably dirty. Thank you for your cooperation! •We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. •This is a non-smoking home. A $250 fee will be charged for violations. •No events or parties are permitted. •Please observe a courtesy quiet hour from 10 pm to 8 am to respect our neighbors. •Only guests listed on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. •Please do not move large furniture. A $100 fee will be charged if furniture is moved. •Please leave items where you found them. •Items left behind: A minimum $50 convenience fee, plus actual postage costs, will be charged to cover the time and effort involved in retrieving and returning items. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of all items left behind. •No unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 fee for the first hour and an additional $100 for each subsequent hour.
