Good to know

This private unit occupies the lower floor of a terraced duplex nestled in the hillside just above Highway 49—about half a mile from Historic Downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Renovated in 2021, the home offers comfort, convenience, and treetop views. • Midterm rental only – 28+ day stays. Guests are required to join our private membership to access the property. This is a members-only residence, and all guests must agree to the membership terms and complete a background check prior to approval. •Note: You may hear some ambient traffic noise in the living room and porch area due to the home's central location and quick highway access. Bedrooms are situated away from the road and remain quiet in the evenings. The spacious living room connects to a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a reverse osmosis water filter, and a cozy dining nook. Large windows throughout offer plenty of natural light and hillside views. Step out onto the private covered porch to enjoy the fresh air and greenery. The recently remodeled bathroom is stocked with essentials, and the hallway includes a full-size washer and dryer along with basic cleaning supplies. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV, and dual closets. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and walk-in closet. One of the best experiences at an Airbnb with my family! One day after wandering around town and looking for a place to get a coffee and eat our sandwiches we decided that going back to the Airbnb was the best option because it was so peaceful and comfortable there. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. A delight to have a nice hot shower looking out to trees outside the bathroom window. Joy and Evan were super hosts!! Helpful and friendly. Uncluttered, spacious and sunny living room and kitchen dining area. Great hiking options nearby and fantastic swimming in the turquoise waters of Scott Flats lake. The highway noise was barely noticeable inside the place.

Absolutely loved The Ivy! Squeaky clean, very peaceful and loved all the trees surrounding! Joy was super helpful when I got confused on how to work the thermostat (they had detailed instructions, I’m just a dummy and couldn’t figure it out). All we had to do before checkout was the load the dishwasher, didn’t have to strip our beds or take the trash out. They have a no shoe rule for the house so make sure you bring some slippers if you’d don’t like walking around without any shoes on. Absolutely would stay there again! No doubt about it!
